The grapes used to produce Native Pinot Noir de Purcari are grown in the vineyards of Purcari, on the parcel in conversion to organic farming. Within this plot, environment, biodiversity, and soil fertility friendly agrotechniques are applied.
Wine Tasting:
Crystalline aspect, very purple color with intense red hues. The delicate and complex bouquet expresses the harmony between notes of well-ripened red fruits (strawberries, raspberries), subtle nuances of vanilla, supported by intense notes of sweet spices mixed with notes of hawthorn and wild strawberries. The taste is ample, generous and gourmand, evolving on notes of red fruits, strawberries, supported by a crisp and refreshing freshness. The finish is very long, smooth and digestible.
