Successfully restructured financial and commercial debts. Graduate of the International Management Institute, the Faculty of Banking and Stock Exchange.

15 years’ experience in the Group. Over 10 years of experience in wine sales. Successfully reconstructed Group’s production sites. Previously acquired meaningful experience in sales in companies like: Planta-Vin, EMC-Moldova. Graduate of USMF "Nicolae Testemițeanu", Doctor of Medical Sciences.	Over 15 years of experience in wine sales. Successfully launched export to CEE and Baltic countries. 9 years experience in the Group. University degree & Master degree in finance at MBA, Grenoble School of Management.	Over 9 years of experience in wine production. 8 years of experience in the Group. Graduate of Technical University of Moldova, Faculty of Technology and Management in Food Industry, specialization in Wine Technology.

Over 9 years of experience within the Purcari Winery Group, in the Bardar enterprise, he graduated from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Previously, he worked for ICS Terra and Capital SRL.	With an experience of over 10 years in Human Resources, a proven track knowledge acquired in a multinational business environment in strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Career counseling, and also Talent Management initiatives, Ms. Stratuța considers Human capital to be the greatest asset of any organization.	Over 40 years of experience in the wine industry, oenologist, doctor habilitat in technical sciences. Vice-Chairman of the IV Commission on Safety and Health of the International Organization of Vine and Wine. Coordinates within the Purcari Group projects related to Research, Development and Innovation.

Started his professional activity in 2007, holding several roles during his activity in finance such as consulting, reporting, controlling, auditing and investor relations. With a Bachelor Degree in Economics from ASEM Faculty of Finance, Eugeniu is an ACCA Member since 2017. Holds WSET2 and Certificate in Investor Relations. Previously worked for PwC, Orange Moldova, Trans-oil, WNISEF. He speaks fluent Romanian, English, Russian.	More than 21 years of experience in Information Technology. Impressive experience in CEO, CIO, CTO, System Management, IT Standards, and more. He previously worked for Total Distribution, Starlab, DESSA International LLC and BTS PRO LTD.	He has been working in the Purcari Group since 2010, on the basis of a contractual agreement on the award consulting. Mr. Giotto is over 19 years old experience in wine consulting and is a laureate with numerous international awards in the wine industry. Mr. Giotto graduated from the Faculty of Viticulture and Oenology of the University of Padua. Mr. Giotto is Italian citizen and speaks English and Italian.
