The 32nd edition of the Grand International Wine Award MUNDUS VINI Spring Tasting brings remarkable results for Château Purcari - once again, the winery confirms its title as "The Best Producer in Moldova". The number of medals obtained also validates this rating - Château Purcari adds 24 medals to its collection - one Grand Gold, 16 gold medals, and 7 silver medals.
These awards include three "Best of Show" for Pinot Noir de Purcari Limited Edition 2021" wines - "Best of Show Moldova red in retail markets", Academia Purcari Viorica 2021 - "Best of Show Moldova white" and 1827 Sauvignon Blanc de Purcari 2022 - "Best of Show Moldova white in retail markets".
The impressive results obtained in this prestigious competition confirm the exceptional quality of Purcari wines and recognise the precious value that Château Purcari has in the world of wines.
This year, Mundus Vini Spring Tasting 2023 brought together a jury of 242 international experts from 46 wine-producing nations. They blind tasted and professionally evaluated over 7,568 wine samples, scoring wines that meet excellent qualities. For the first time in the competition's history, 187 non-alcoholic wines were also tasted and evaluated.
