100% Sauvignon Blanc
Straw yellow colour, with emerald reflexes. Notes of gooseberry and grapefruit peel. The crispy acidity in the taste is balanced by shades of freshly-mowed grass, blackcurrant buds and well-roasted oak vanilla.
Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced using traditional methods. Aged for 6 months in new French oak barrique.
