Merlot de Purcari is like velvet – a soft touch combined with complex structure.
The ruby red color is characterized by fine flavors of red fruits. Velvety taste with a pleasant astringency and shades of oak, mulberry, and rose accentuate the long-lasting aftertaste.
Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced using traditional methods. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrique.
Smoked duck breast, turkey or veal schnitzel, pork steak or prosciutto snacks.
